Work Environment:

On-site housing is provided as part of this role, and the Park Manager is expected to reside within

the park while on call/duty to support operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management experience—ideally in park operations, hospitality, retail,

or other service-oriented settings.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, maintenance planning, and operational oversight.
  • Commitment to safety, with emergency response experience preferred. (Law Enforcement or EMT-B

certification required— within 12 months of hire; full training is provided and funded.

  • Experience in community outreach and business development including marketing services, managing

event spaces, or building partnerships with local organizations.

  • A valid driver's license is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $6,600 – $7,100/month.
